Damaged or defective merchandise can be returned within **10 days** for a full refund minus shipping; unopened, unused items have a **30-day** grace period. Poles, custom signs, radar speed signs, trailers and barricades are **final sale**. Returns start with a phone call for an RMA number — [888-925-1966](tel:8889251966). ## Shipping and returns Orders are processed Mon–Fri during normal business hours of 8:00am–4:00pm PST. Expedited shipping orders must be placed prior to 11:00am PST to ship out same day. You may return damaged or defective merchandise within **10 days** of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange any merchandise damaged in shipping for a product in ideal initial condition. If any items were purchased accidentally and are unopened and unused — which will ultimately be determined by our staff upon return — there is a **30-day** grace period to return the merchandise for a full refund, minus shipping. Any and all issues upon arrival must be reported within the 10-day window. - All **poles** and **custom signs** are **final sale** due to their custom nature. - **Radar speed signs** and all **message board, arrow board and light tower trailers** are made to order and are **final sale**. - All **barricades** are **final sale**. ## Restocking fee All returns are subject to a **25% restocking fee**. There is no restocking fee for mistakes made by our staff, or if a product is delivered with a defect and returned within the timeframe window. We also waive the restocking fee for any exchanges. ## Product availability Orders are generally shipped 1 day after your order is processed and normally take an additional 3–5 business days to arrive (based on domestic ground shipping in the US). We do not guarantee items are in stock and will ship right away. If there is an out-of-stock issue we will notify you and discuss options for your order, including lead times or other alternatives. ## Price adjustments If an item is purchased at a set price and the item is later discounted to a reduced price, a price adjustment will **not** be granted if the item purchased has already been shipped out. ## Connectivity and network responsibility It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have access to adequate SIM cards and Wi-Fi connectivity necessary to operate any Wi-Fi-enabled equipment. Solar Thingz (operated by Solar Thingz, Inc.) does not reimburse for the cost of SIM cards, data plans, or any labor associated with establishing or maintaining network connectivity. ## Warranty coverage All products on our site are backed by the warranty of the manufacturer. All product warranties begin on the date of purchase. Warranties vary by product — see the product page for the product-specific warranty, including final-sale notices. Solar Thingz, Inc. d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. warrants its products free from manufacturing defects for specific time periods (see the product page for the warranty time frame), subject to the following limitations: 1. Solar Thingz, Inc. d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. shall solely determine whether the product contains a manufacturing defect. 2. The purchaser shall have the burden of establishing reasonable satisfaction within 15 days of receiving the product, or establish a claim within the initial 15-day period. 3. In the event of a claim during the warranty period, Solar Thingz, Inc. d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. at its sole option will either: 1. Repair or replace the warrantied product without charge. 2. If Solar Thingz, Inc. d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. is unable to repair the product in a commercially reasonable fashion and is unable to replace the product (i.e., it has been discontinued), LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. will refund to the purchaser a sum equal to the actual price paid for the product (not including tax and shipping) less reasonable depreciation from the date of purchase to the date of claim. 3. This warranty excludes any and all shipping charges incurred by Solar Thingz, Inc. d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. in replacing a warrantied product. 4. This warranty excludes any and all warranties on batteries (refer to the battery warranty: 1-year limited warranty on all batteries). 5. This warranty coverage excludes all inclement weather and/or naturally occurring disasters causing damage to products. 6. This warranty coverage excludes all incidents relating to loss or theft of the product. Proof of purchase and possession may be required for any warranty claims. 7. This warranty does not cover, pay for, or reimburse any labor charges incurred during the removal, installation, or replacement of parts. 8. This warranty coverage excludes responsibility for SIM cards, data plans, and any related labor. 9. This warranty will not cover claims for damage to or failure of a warranted product resulting from (a) accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or shipping (if a product is damaged in shipping, it is subject to a replacement as long as it is requested within three (3) days of arrival with photo evidence); (b) usage of the product other than for its intended purpose; (c) the purchaser's failure to reasonably maintain the product. 10. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
